What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses the vibrations of sound to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. 

Sound has always been used to heal and balance many aspects of life, being intricately linked with all of the great spiritual philosophies of the world and woven into the fabric of humanity through various civilizations and epochs. Many individual practitioners have dedicated their lives to spreading transformative sounds to those willing to embrace their immense potential for spiritual transformation and healing.

This practice is based on consciously applying processes and techniques that facilitate healing through the five elements, integrating ancient wisdom, modern science, art, musicality, and the alchemy of healing into a unified approach.

Sound has been deeply interwoven into humanity’s psyche as a means of healing, understanding, and transforming the body, mind, heart, and spirit. It is only in recent decades that scientific and modern spiritual communities have begun to catch up with this ancient wisdom, rediscovering the profound healing potential of sound that has been known for millennia.

One-on-One Offerings

Reiki Session

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing technique that works with the energy fields of the body to help facilitate self-healing and energetic balance throughout the body.

The word Reiki means “Universally Guided Life Energy”.

I use a non-manipulative light touch technique on the recipient. I have also implemented the use of tuning forks at the beginning and end of each session. Recipient remains fully clothed throughout the session. Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful healing energy and has been known to assist with healing virtually all major and minor illnesses and injuries. A Reiki session is a very relaxing experience and can also feel like a meditation; many people doze off during long sessions.

Private Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sounds and vibrations to invite a gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative process to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing, and self discovery. I use a specific set of protocols to alleviate stress, balance the nervous system, increase creativity, motivation and focus, help alleviate grief, and instill general well-being.

You will experience the healing power of quartz singing bowls, quartz harp and a quartz crystal merkaba at the end of the session.

The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. Let go, simply relax, and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you. During the Sound bath we suggest you use a yoga mat on the floor. You can also purchase an eye pillow or use a scarf (or something similar) to cover your eyes for a deeper relaxation inward.

Poly-Vibrational Tuning with Reflexology

In this session, a combination of three sound therapy techniques are used to bring new energy and alignment to your whole being.

This option must be done in person.

Violet Flame Tuning

Violet Flame Tuning follows the same guidelines as the 7 energy bodies tuning (in still being a sound therapy), but we don’t work in the energy bodies, we work in the energy matrices. Each matrix is 6 inches apart and there are multiple matrices. The number of matrices vary from person to person. This session uses specialty tuning forks utilizing the UV spectrum, hence the violet flame.

Seven Energy Body Tuning

This is a sound therapy method in which several tuning forks are used to purify, balance, and harmonize each of the seven subtle energy bodies which include the Causal Body, Celestial Body, Etheric Template, Astral Body, Mental Body, Emotional Body, Etheric Body.

Pain Body Tuning

This is an energy body tuning in which a certified and trained practitioner activates tuning forks with specific frequencies for pain release, pain relief, nervous system balance, emotional release and integration, and places them in specific areas in and around the energy field around the body, accessing the pain body directly.

Virtual Yoga Nidra Session

Translating to “yogic sleep,” it is the only meditation that is meant to be practiced lying down. In Yoga Nidra, one enters the alpha and theta state of awareness; a deep state of relaxation. Scientific studies show that when one achieves this state through meditation, it reduces symptoms of depression and increases creative thinking. It also stimulates the production of melatonin, a hormone that reduces stress and boosts the immune system. Regular practice helps harmonize the brain hemispheres, promoting better mental acuity and focus. Studies have shown that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra practice is comparable to 2-4 hours of sleep. That is what I call a power nap! (but there is no napping)
